What are the requirements to Rent a Car?

It’s easy to rent with us! No credit card is required—you can pay in cash if you like. Just bring a valid Driver’s License, Passport, or two other valid IDs and proof of billing (or hotel booking, etc.). This applies to both Filipinos and foreigners. A ₱3,000 refundable security deposit is required when you rent. We accept cash, cards, GCash, Maya, and bank transfers.

 

How much is the cost for a Self-Drive Car?

Prices start from ₱999 per 24 hours for long-term rentals. We offer only new, well-maintained, and clean cars across Cebu City, Mandaue, Mactan, and the Airport Service Area. Choose from a variety of vehicles, from hatchbacks to 7-seater SUVs, directly on our website with instant confirmation.

 

What Payment Methods do you offer?

We accept cash on delivery, GCash, Maya, bank transfers, OTC, debit, and credit cards. Our payment system provider is PCI-certified and Singapore-based, ensuring Western standards for payment security.

 

Do you issue Official Receipts (OR)?

Yes! We issue official receipts for every payment, as required by law. We’ve been a fully registered Rent-a-Car company since 2015 and have remained operational even through the pandemic. Avoid companies that don’t issue official receipts.

 

Where is your office located?

Our office is based in Mandaue and Talamban, and our pickup location is centrally situated in Casuntingan, Mandaue. Whether you’re heading to the city or airport, our location is convenient for you. We don’t have a showroom because we prefer to focus on providing vehicles in motion rather than displaying them. Where is your Pickup / Return Location?

Our pickup locations are in Talamban and Mandaue, centrally located between MCIA and Cebu City Center. You can reach us by Grab or taxi from the airport for ₱250-₱300 in about 20-25 minutes. We also offer delivery and pickup services for any point in Cebu or Mactan at reasonable rates.

 

if I need to cancel or reschedule my booking?

If your travel plans change, you can reschedule your rental period—usually without fees—by contacting us. For cancellations, our policies depend on the booking type. Prepaid bookings allow cancellation before the booking date for moderate fees. If you no-show or cancel without notice, charges will apply as per our General Terms and Conditions. We always try to accommodate changes due to flight delays or cancellations.

 

How much would it cost if I need a driver?

We offer all-inclusive flat rates for cars with drivers, whether for a half-day or full day, inside or outside Cebu City. Our rates cover the driver’s fee and fuel, ensuring up to 8 hours of service or longer if you need it.

 

Is it permitted to travel with your cars outside of Cebu Island?

Our rental rates are designed for usage across the whole Cebu Island, including Bantayan Island. If you wish to travel to other surrounding islands like Negros, Bohol, and others, you can select the “Out of Island” option during the booking process. This option is priced at ₱999 per day and is mandatory for the entire rental period if you opt to do so. For travels to Manila or other more distant islands, please contact us for special arrangements. Without prior permission, traveling outside Cebu Island is prohibited.

 

Will I get my Security Deposit back and when?

Yes! Your ₱3,000 refundable security deposit covers any damages, unclean returns, or fuel shortages. If all conditions are met, the deposit is refunded immediately upon car return. For payments made by card, bank processing may take up to two weeks. Rest assured, no deductions are made without proper documentation.

 

Do you deliver cars to my location?

Yes, we offer car delivery and pickup services at competitive rates ranging from ₱600 to ₱1,500, covering airport, Mactan, and hotel deliveries. We also adjust for flight or ferry delays at no extra cost.

 

Can foreigners drive with their national Driver’s License or obtain a Filipino License?

Foreigners can drive using their national driver’s license for up to 90 days from their entry date into the Philippines. We can also assist you in converting your foreign license into a Philippine Driver’s License, which takes just a few hours.

 

What happens if the car breaks down or I have an issue during my rental?

In the rare case of a breakdown, we provide 24/7 roadside assistance within Cebu Area. Just contact us, and we’ll either arrange for repairs or provide you with a replacement vehicle.

 

Is there a mileage limit for rentals?

We offer unlimited mileage within Cebu and Mactan for self-drive rentals. If you’re planning longer trips, just let us know!

 

What happens if I return the car early or want to extend my rental?

If you return the car early, there are no refunds for unused days as we block the car for your full rental period. However, if you want to extend your rental, contact us, and we’ll accommodate you if the car is available. If necessary, we can swap it with another available unit for your extension.

 

Can I rent multiple cars for large groups or events?

Yes! We can provide multiple vehicles for group rentals, weddings, corporate events, or family gatherings. Just contact us with your requirements.

 

Do I need to pay upfront when I book?

We offer flexible payment options. You can prepay online with a card or GCash for discounted rates, or you can opt to pay upon pickup with slightly higher rates due to the risk of no-shows. Whichever option you choose, your car is reserved for your rental period.

 

Will I be charged if I book online, choose Cash on Delivery, and then change my mind or don’t show up?

Yes, a booking means that the car is reserved exclusively for you. If you cancel or don’t show up, we experience a loss of income and will charge you according to our cancellation policy. We’re happy to adjust or rebook your rental in case of flight delays or schedule changes, but we do follow through with charges for cancellations without proper notice.

 

How much is the Car Wash Fee?

We don’t charge a standard car wash fee. However, if the car is returned in a very dirty state, we charge ₱300-₱500 depending on the size. If there’s animal hair, strong odors (like dried fish or durian), or evidence of smoking, deep cleaning penalties of up to ₱3,000 may apply. If you plan to transport animals or certain foods, just let us know in advance, and we’ll help find solutions.

 

How much would be the Cost for Bridal Cars?

Bridal car rates vary depending on the type of vehicle and service you need. We offer transfers for wedding guests or flower-adorned cars for the bride and groom. Make your wedding day memorable with us!

 

Are all rates inclusive of insurance?

Yes, all our cars come with comprehensive TPL auto insurance. We don’t offer a CDW (Car Damage Waiver), as many renters already have this coverage through their credit cards or existing insurance policies. This ensures you only pay for what you need.

 

What is your Gasoline Policy?

For self-drive rentals, you’re expected to return the car with the same amount of gasoline as when you received it. If the tank is lower, we will charge for the missing fuel at standard rates plus a service fee. Our driver services include gasoline in the rates.

 

Is there a maximum rental duration?

No, you can rent daily, weekly, or even monthly. The longer you rent, the cheaper the daily rate becomes.

 

What is the minimum rental duration?

The minimum rental period for self-drive is 2 days. During public holidays, the minimum extends to 3 days.

 

How quickly will I receive confirmation of my booking?

You’ll receive instant email confirmation upon booking, along with a payment receipt and official receipt (OR). We also send a reminder the day before your scheduled service.

 

What car models are available?

We offer a wide range of new or well-maintained cars less than 2-3 years old, from hatchbacks and sedans to 7- and 8-seater SUVs. Browse our fleet online and pick the perfect car for your needs.

 

Do you offer child seats or other accessories?

Yes, we offer child seats and additional accessories like GPS units or phone mounts. Just let us know during booking, and we’ll equip your car accordingly.

 

Do you offer Visa Extension Services?

Yes, we can help you with Visa extensions or assist you in converting to another type of visa, depending on your needs. We can also pick you up and accompany you to the nearest immigration office.
